The CHOMP Senior Analyst Program is an exclusive externship for top-performing analysts, offering hands-on experience with private equity and credit firms. Unlike traditional training, this program immerses students in real deal work, including due diligence, market research, and potentially financial modeling. This direct exposure prepares them for internships and full-time roles, equipping them with the experience, network, and expertise needed to succeed in private markets.
The leadership board selects top-performing analysts for the Senior Analyst Program based on professionalism, engagement, attendance, and performance on the case study project. Selected candidates will go through multiple technical interviews led by the leadership board. They may also be interviewed by the private credit or private equity firms and will likely have to sign an NDA before starting the exclusive process.
