The CHOMP Associate Program is a highly selective division designed to bridge the gap between academics and real-world application. Associates gain hands-on experience through market research, fund theses, and strategic projects that lay the groundwork for one of the first ever student-led/student-assisted private markets funds.
Associates will be responsible for developing the fund’s initial structure, determining target fund size, and shaping the overall investment strategy, while also building and expanding key professional relationships
Associates will be tasked with creating professional-grade fundraising decks, incorporating market research, fund strategy, projected returns, and portfolio construction to effectively communicate the vision and structure of the fund.
The Associate Program is CHOMP’s most selective division. With limited spots, there is no open application process—recruitment is conducted in-house by the leadership board. Current Analysts and Senior Analysts who demonstrate exceptional performance will be invited to join. The wide range of projects across both programs serves as a platform for students to distinguish themselves individually and earn a spot on this program.
