The CHOMP Analyst Program is a semester-long, professionally taught curriculum designed to prepare students for careers in private equity and private credit. This program provides in-depth technical training through a 12-week, professionally taught speaker series and student-led workshops, ensuring that analysts develop the essential skills needed to succeed in private markets.

A comprehensive 12-week speaker series featuring technical training, Q&A sessions, and career insights from industry professionals, supplemented by student-led technical workshops that reinforce key concepts in financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis

Analysts receive the "Mastering Private Equity" book and all supplementary materials provided by speakers and workshop leaders to support their technical development throughout the semester.

Guidance is provided at multiple levels: Senior Analysts lead and mentor their case study teams, Case Directors oversee project quality and timelines, and the Leadership Board offers support on recruitment, resume building, and career development.

Analysts work in teams led by Senior Analysts on a semester-long LBO case study covering equity and credit analysis. Teams complete three deliverables: Company Evaluation, LBO Model, and Credit Analysis, culminating in final presentations to the entire club at semester end.
The Analyst Program is CHOMP’s largest division. While it primarily targets underclassmen majoring in business or finance, we welcome applications from students of all academic backgrounds. The recruitment process consists of a brief application followed by a single interview that includes behavioral questions and light technical components.
